All disputes arising in connection with the use of the website will be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) for all purchases made on our website.
• Cardholders should ensure they retain a copy of all transaction records and adhere to the merchant policies and rules set forth by TinyTreats.ae.

3. Restricted Transactions

• We comply with UAE law and will not engage in trade with, or provide any services to, individuals or entities that are listed on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions list or any other sanctioned countries as per UAE law.

4. Age Restrictions

• Customers using the website who are minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as a user or engage in any transactions on the website. If you are under 18, you may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Account Responsibility

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts of the U.A.E.

9. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their request within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

11. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

12. Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to UAE only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery time is 3-4 days from the date of placing the order. There are no additional delivery charges.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
